Shipment

Expected delivery time with normal shipping is 1-4 business days in Denmark, 2-6 business days in Europe, and 5-15 business days in the rest of the world.

Once the package has left our warehouse, we disclaim all responsibility to the shipping company.

As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and a tracking number on your package.

If there are problems with the shipment or a delay, please contact the shipping company used.

We use freight companies we only have good experiences with.

Return

Støck offers a 14-day full right of return on all items purchased through our webshop if the item is not as desired or does not fit.

The money for the item will be refunded to the original payment solution within 14 days after we have received the package in our warehouse.

Please note that the customer pays the return costs themselves.

Return claim

• The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your package
• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must still have its original tags on
